Power Flush

  1. What is it?

Jetflush is a method of power flushing central heating systems to remove sludge or corrosion debris.

  1. When is it used?

Prior to installing a new boiler or any new parts e.g. pumps or at any time there are complaints about cold radiators or pump blockages etc.

  1. How does it work?

The Jetflush unit is connected into the system with hoses in place of the circulator or a radiator (usually), it can pump water and chemicals (Sentinel Deposit X400) around the system in two directions by reversing the flow. It can dump and fill up the system with fresh water. X100 inhibator can be added at this time.

  1. What is the difference between this method of sludge removing compared with X400 alone?

Essentially time! Jetflushing can be done in a day, less if Sentinel Deposit Remover is used.

  1. Why is the Jetflush machine better?

It was developed as a result of several years field experience and is the subject of a pending patent by BetzDearborn.
